We can virtually ship to any address in the world. Note that due to custom restrictions on certain products, not all products may be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, you will be informed of the estimation of shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimation will appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days since your purchase for a refund (special conditions may apply). Any deemed material and craftmanship defective items may be considered for return within 6 months since your purchase. Proof of purchase required.
Returns Policy
In order to get full refund, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed in its original condition, or defective within 30 days of delivery. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged.
PayPal returns by mail will be refunded back to your PayPal account.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. You may receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returns by mail in the US is $7.50 per package or free for QNDesign Boutique Members.
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery of an item shipped by freight, contact us. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item.
